Product Characteristics
1. Robust Construction: The main frame and legs are constructed from heavy-duty, large-scale H-beam steel. This ensures exceptional durability with a service life exceeding 10 years.
2. Easy Relocation: With the exception of the cement silos and batching machine, the entire main tower can be towed by a single tractor unit. All water, electrical, and pneumatic lines are pre-installed, featuring quick-connect interfaces for immediate external connection.
3. Integrated Design: The main tower and inclined belt conveyor are fully integrated into a single unit, enclosed in a container-style housing. The result is a compact structure that is both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
4. Rapid Assembly & Disassembly: Setup is incredibly fast: the entire station (excluding cement silos) takes only 2 days to install, while relocation and re-assembly require just 1 day.
