Introduction To Original Function Modules
1. Planetary mixer Countercurrent planetary bidirectional mixing, with a more complex mixing trajectory. Bidirectional hyperboloid design of mixing blades, fast mixing, labor-saving, and sufficient mixing. Low noise, high torque, superior and reliable performance, high transmission efficiency.
2. Additive weighing system Additives are weighed separately to meet the mixing requirements of high-strength concrete of different processes. Corrosion-resistant pipelines to ensure that the pipelines are corrosion-resistant and leak-free.
3. Powder weighing system Large angle weighing bucket, faster and smoother unloading, no residue. Anti-pull weighing (supporting weighing) system to avoid abnormal loss of powder.
4. Host overall framework The overall frame is welded by "tooling", rigid and non-deformed. Equipped with vertical hydraulic station, standard hydraulic double door, alternating production, improve efficiency.
