Introduction To Original Function Modules
1. Mixing blade Countercurrent planetary bidirectional mixing, with a more complex mixing trajectory. The bidirectional hyperboloid design of the mixing blades makes mixing fast and labor-saving. Low noise, high torque, superior and reliable performance, high transmission efficiency.
2. Overall frame The overall frame is welded with "tooling", rigid and non-deformed. Continuous vortex mixing, strong shearing effect, uniform mixing. Vertical hydraulic station, standard hydraulic double door, alternating production, improved efficiency.
3. Mixing arm 8mm+8mm wear-resistant overlay welding plate to extend the life of the liner. The mixing arm is made of high-quality alloy steel forgings with good toughness and excellent fatigue resistance.
