Introduction To Original Function Modules
1. Primary vibrating screen Direct motor drive, high efficiency, maintenance-free and long life cycle. Screening efficiency >95%, screen mesh tension can be identified, easy to operate.
2. Separation device Effectively separate old asphalt and old aggregate in RAP through physical separation method. Fewer wear parts, long-lasting wear resistance, and ideal stripping effect.
3. Secondary high frequency screen Ideal and efficient on fine materials screening below 5mm. Effectively solves the problem of screen clogging during the RAP fine material screening with self-cleaning feature.
4. Separation system Centralized dust removal system, environmentally friendly equipment, ensures flying dust-free. Recycled powder will be conveyed to the 0-3mm grade material areathrough the screw conveyor.
