LBPS Series Asphalt Concrete Recycling Material Screening Plant

KLSFA LBPS Series Asphalt Concrete Recycling Material Screening Plant is mainly composed of recycling hopper, feeding belt conveyor, vibration screening equipment, finished material conveying belt conveyor, crusher, return belt conveyor and control system. The old materials are loaded into the recycling hopper by the loader and transported to the screening system by the feeding belt. The qualified finished materials are transported to the stockyard through the finished material belt conveyor for use. The agglomerated materials >31.5mm are screened out and sent back to the screen after crushing. The final unqualified materials are discharged from the manual discharge port.

Introduction To Original Function Modules
1. Circular vibrating screen Double-bearing eccentric block circular vibrating screen, especially suitable for screening sticky asphalt materials.
2. Hammer crusher The function of breaking up agglomerated super-sized materials solves the problem of thermal adhesion during the crushing process of asphalt concrete recycled materials.
3. Multi-motor probability screen The screening efficiency is high and the screening effect on fine materials is ideal. It can produce fine materials below O-5mm.
4. Recycled bin The speed of the belt can be adjusted to match the opening of the cold material bin discharge door to control the material flow.
