Full heat exchange, special regeneration system design, regeneration addition ratio up to 70%, native regeneration integrated design structure, quick installation, recycled material automatically falls into the mixer, non-stick material, large finished product bin at the bottom, finished product material trolley travels in two directions; it can be realized with functions such as raw, large-scale regeneration, foamed asphalt, and cold addition of recycled fine materials.

Introduction To Original Function Modules
1. Cold aggregate bin

The belt feeder can be frequency-controlled according to output settings and ratio requirements.

The sand bin is equipped with internal vibration arch breaking and air cannon arch breaking devices, eliminating the need for manual digging.

Configured with sound and light alarm function for material shortage.

2. Vibrating screen

The vibrating screen shell is covered with insulating rock wool for noise reduction and heat preservation.

The vibration motor directly drives the screen body, with high transmission efficiency, maintenance-free and long life.

Screening efficiency ≥95%, screen tension can be identified, easy tooperate.

3. Hot aggregate bin

Each bin is equipped with a continuous material level meter and a temperature sensor is installed in the sand bin.

Configured with online sampling port, safe and convenient.

The discharge door is a long and short double door with coarse and fine discharge functions.

Wear-resistant blades and liners imported from Sweden, super highly wear-resistant.

The recycled material temperature is higher, the exhaust gas temperature is lower, energy saving and high thermal efficiency.

Heating with furnace hot air for uniform heating; waste heat recovery, energy saving and consumption reduction.

RAR addition ratio can reach up to 100%.
